Monday

SHRED ZONE - 6.30pm - 7.15pm

SHRED ZONE is a combination of all the weekly sessions combined into a 45min brutal session.

Tuesday

STRENGTH ZONE - 6am – 6.45am

Compound and isolation exercise to develop strength and shape. Combined with pilates based exercises STRENGTH ZONE is a real body sculpt.

Thursday

CONDITIONING ZONE - 6am – 6:45am

A full body intense workout combining anaerobic and aerobic conditioning drills to kick start your metabolism and keep it burning hours after your workout!

MOB - is a men’s program launching soon and not part of the weekly timetable pack.
Self Defence - is separate from the weekly timetable pack but is run weekly. Contact us for further details.
